Fix Apache Not Starting Because port 80 in use

Problem with XAMPP/WAMP Apache Not Starting Because Port 80 In Use or anyother reason

Fix the issue of XAMPP/WAMP Apache not starting because of port 80 in use.

** Just Follow Below Step **

#01 First, If you are using skype than **deselect** checkbox of skype :- **tools->connection options-> deselect port 80 or 443 for connection**.

#02 Now, Change your port in apache **httpd.config** file. Make a change like

=>  **Listen 81 Instead Of Listen 80**.  And  **serverName Localhost 82 instead Of servaerName Localhost 80**.

Save this file and close.(If you are not able to save than save as a administrator).

#03 Change your apache **httpd-ssl.config** file. Make a change like

=>  **Listen 82 instead of Listen 80.  And  “<VirtualHost _default_:82>” instead of “<VirtualHost _default_:443>”**.

Now Change On **ServerName www.example.com:81 or ServerName localhost:81 instead of ServerName www.example.com:443 or ServerName localhost:433.**

Save this file and close.(If you are not able to save than save as a administrator).

#04 Final step :- Now click and open the ** Config button ** of your XAMPP Control Panel.

Then click on, **Service and Port Settings** button. Within it, click on “Apache” tab and enter and save the new port no in the **“main port” as a 81 and “SSL port” as a 82 in boxes**.

Click save and close the config boxes.(If you are not able to save than save as a administrator).

Now, Restart Your System. And Check It Out.. It’s Working..
